Job Description:

* Supervises, develops, trains and mentors Credit Union staff including performance management and salary administration
* Responsible for the coordination and management of the Credit Union branch
* Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors
* Handles routine correspondence with outside agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service, the National Credit Union Administration, the Bankruptcy Court, the data processor (Harland Financial Services), and the state league
* Assists with balancing problems, system or bank, that may occur
* Keeps abreast of state specific regulations that may apply to the Credit Union
* Serves as loan officer with approval level determined by the Board of Directors
* Counsels members on financial matters including debt collection, loan repayments, refinancing, etc.
* Responsible for member relations and Credit Union image
* Oversees the maintenance of the general financial records including the general and subsidy area ledgers
