Inside Sales Representative

We have an opening at our Waukesha Branch for an Inside Sales Representative.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities within a defined geographical area. The broad scope of this position includes responsibility for lead generation, appropriate follow up and rapport-building to ensure long term success.

A typical day will consist of:
**Developing phone presentations to be used with prospective clients in order to attain an in-person appointment commitment.
**Maintaining phone call goals.
**Helping to identify new opportunities.


Other duties and responsibilities could include:
**Ability to perform opening/ closing duties.
**Assist the office in any tasks needed such as answering the phones, receiving applications, attending to questions and requests, handing out checks, computer work, and other projects.
REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you should have:

· 1-2 years of inside sales experience.

· Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Programs.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

· Good communication skills over the phone and in person.

· Demonstrated capacity to keep abreast of new industry trends.
