Outside Sales

Bassett Mechanical, a HVAC mechanical contractor firm, seeks Outside Maintenance Sales Rep. We help clients control their operating costs, lower their energy consumption, and protect capital investments, not just sell cold air. It is a financial sale using a consultative approach. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities selling HVAC maintenance contracts to commercial facilities.You must have at least 3+ years outside Business to Business sales experience!You must be:
* Self motivated
* Self directed
* Able to cold call - this is essential!
* Motivated by making moneyWe have a strong training program so industry knowledge is not required.You will report to the Kaukauna, WI office.
