PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER -
After 20 years in the staffing business, Career Options, Inc is excited to announce our expansion into the Recruiting arena! This is an internal, direct hire opening. This division will be assisting candidates in the $60,000 and higher salary range. Thank you for your interest. Please see below for all details and apply today for this Recruiting opportunity!As an ideal individual for this position, you possess an “entrepreneurial” spirit and can thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple duties on a daily basis. This person will be responsible for identifying and defining needs of a client, recruitment strategies, and developing candidates from cold calling to acceptance. Additional activities include researching, analysis, screening, interviewing, conducting reference/background checks, visiting client sites, etc. This is a sales business where you must be able to make a large amount of phone calls, track information within a database, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. We are looking for a professional candidate that is excited to work with our supportive and expanding company!
Hours: Approximately 45-50 hours per week, M-F.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Those who are successful in this role typically possess business to business sales experience, and/or a combination of recruiting/sales exp, in addition to excellent communication skills, professional presence, and strong people skills. We seek out candidates who are extroverted, self motivated, possess a competitive drive and strong work ethic. This position will require some traveling within/out of state up to 3-5 days per month.
