Customer Service Manager
Uline, the leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks a Customer Service Manager for their Waukegan, IL distribution center, south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Provide daily hands-on phone support in a 100 seat, 7x24 environment

Handle daily supervision & coaching of our IL Customer Service team

Monitor, track and enforce departmental policies, procedures and goals

Review reports and take appropriate action

Customer service management experience preferably in a call center environment

Experience with process improvement audits

Ability to travel to other branches
